Duane Bray is Groopit’s Chief Product Officer and former Chief People Officer of IDEO Corporation. Duane is passionate about workplace innovation, the role of data and AI in solving today’s complex challenges, and the strategic business impact of human-centered design. Duane brings both a user experience and leadership strategy capability to the role. He joined Groopit in January 2023 after a 27-year career at the design and innovation firm IDEO, where he was a partner, serving in roles that included the head of their digital capability to their Chief People Officer. His portfolio of work includes consumer software, mobile and online applications, and organizational strategy.

Tammy Savage, CEO and Co-founder of Groopit, is driven to empower leaders with software that accelerates business progress and results. Leveraging her corporate leadership experience, she studied individuals leading strategic initiatives, uncovering critical technology gaps that hinder leaders’ ability to achieve results. These discoveries led her to found Groopit, a problem-solving platform for the enterprise. Prior to Groopit, Tammy led strategic initiatives at Microsoft, notably orchestrating the transformation of over 100 disparate internet services to operate as three cohesive suites: Bing, MSN, and Windows Internet Services. Her expertise lies in driving cross-disciplinary results, and her experience spans sectors from sales, media, mobile, customer-centered design, public sector, to education. Her work has been featured in renowned publications including Fast Company, The Wall Street Journal, Fortune, Time Magazine, World Leadership Magazine, and “X-teams: How to Build Teams that Lead, Innovate, and Succeed.” In 2018, Tammy Savage assumed the role of CEO & Co-founder at Groopit, an endeavor recognized by Fast Company as a 2020 World Changing Idea.
