A token is used to calculate AI processing power. It is a unit of text —typically about 3 to 4 characters long – that is called a token. Every AI action takes both input tokens (what the AI reads) and output tokens (what the AI writes). Token count directly impacts processing speed and cost: the more tokens used, the longer it may take to generate results and the higher the cost.

Every Groopit subscription includes an allocation of input and output tokens. 
Groopit Professional: 100M Input Tokens and 25M Output Tokens per month.
Groopit Enterprise: 300M Input Tokens and 50M Output Tokens per month.

Tokens are the building blocks of text in AI models. A token might be a word, part of a word, or punctuation—roughly 4 characters on average equals one token. AI usage and pricing are based on how many tokens you input and the model outputs. Think of them as the currency behind every AI interaction. A typical summary insight generated by Groopit will consume 1,ooo tokens. 

Groopit includes connectors that make it easy for employees to share data from existing systems. The standard Groopit connectiors are: Groopit App for Slack, Groopit App for Teams, Groopit App for Microsoft Outlook, Groopit iOS App, Groopit Android App, and the Groopit web version. The web version of Groopit is also mobile-ready, so any device with a web browser can use Groopit. Additional connectors and information are available upon request.

Groopit API integration seamlessly integrates data shared through Groopit into existing systems through Zapier. As users share data, the data can be added to Salesforce, Google Drive, Slack, Microsoft Excel and countless other connected web services. Some integrations may also require a paid subscription to Zapier. 

Groopit supports Single Sign-On (SSO) for Microsoft Entra and Okta. Once configured, users will be able to use their work login credentials to access Groopit. If you require integration with an alternative Single Sign-On provider, please contact Groopit to find out the schedule for upcoming SSO provider releases.

The enterrpise subscription includes advanced advanced enterprise permission capabilities through Single Sign-On.

The Groopit App for Salesforces makes it easy to share data directly from Salesforce. It also allows data shared in Slack or Teams to be associated with a Salesforce object and added to Salesforce. Data shared will appear under the associated object in Salesforce and aggregated in Groopit. 

If you are paying for the subscription, you can access your purchase history, invoices, payment details, plan type, change your payment method, and more. Visit your account settings to manage your billing details. 

Groopit accepts the following payment methods: All the major credit cards (excluding debit cards) – Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, JCB, and Union Pay.
