Every subscription includes a standard suite of Groopit applications, artificial intelligence (AI), and problem-solving capabilities. The standard suite includes the Groopit App for Slack, Groopit App for Teams, Groopit Add-In for Microsoft Outlook, Groopit Web Browser Extension for Chrome and Edge, Groopit iOS App, Groopit Android App, Groopit web experience, and Single Sign-On. The web version of Groopit is also mobile-ready, so any device with a web browser can use Groopit. The Groopit App for Salesforce, API access for integration with other enterprise systems such as Dynamics, HubSpot, and Power BI, and advanced enterprise permissions through Single Sign On are only available in the Groopit Professional and Groopit Enterprise subscriptions.

How much does Groopit cost?

What is an insight and how are they counted?
An insight is generated whenever a user shares data on Groopit. Each instance of data sharing counts as one insight. Additionally, when a user generates a summary insight, it is also counted as one insight. Each platform subscription includes a baseline number of processed insights.

Groopit includes connectors that make it easy for employees to share data from existing systems. The standard Groopit connectiors are: Groopit App for Slack, Groopit App for Teams, Groopit App for Microsoft Outlook, Groopit iOS App, Groopit Android App, and the Groopit web version. The web version of Groopit is also mobile-ready, so any device with a web browser can use Groopit. Additional connectors and information are available upon request.

Can additional administrators be added to a subscription?
Yes, additional administrator licenses can be purchased. Please see the Plan Comparison Chart for details.
How do True-Ups work?
During the subscription term, you are allowed to exceed prepaid subscription capacity with no limitations. This capacity applies to the number of use cases deployed. At the end of each calendar month of the subscription, you agree to align your subscription capacity to actual usage. If your actual usage exceeds prepaid license volume, you will be subject to a True-Up Charge.
The True-Up Charge is calculated by multiplying your True-Up Quantity by a True-Up Rate pro-rated to the remainder of your Subscription Term (calculated by taking the number of remaining calendar days in the Term and dividing by 365). The True-Up Quantity is the difference between your Actual Usage Volume as measured on the last day of the calendar month and your prepaid subscription capacity. True-Up Rates are documented in the Sales Order. Any True-Up Charge will be invoiced or charged through the established payment method and net payment Terms.
For example:
Groopit Professional includes 1 Use Case with subscription term 1/1/2023-12/31/2023. On March 31, 2023, the Actual Use Case Volume is 2 Use Cases. Customer is charged $12,000/year for the additional use case for up to 2,500 users prorated for the remaining 275 calendar days of the Subscription Term for a total invoiced amount of $9,000.00.
What is included in dedicated onboarding & customer success?
Groopit is dedicated to helping you get maximum value out of crowdsolving. The onboarding and customer success support includes:
- One workshop and planning session.
- Initial configuration of up to five Data Models.
- Training for the designated administrator.
- Ongoing best practice coaching for the designated administrator.
- A dedicated customer success representative.
What is included in API Access?
Groopit API integration seamlessly integrates data shared through Groopit into existing systems through Zapier. As users share data, the data can be added to Salesforce, Google Drive, Slack, Microsoft Excel and countless other connected web services. Some integrations may also require a paid subscription to Zapier.
What is included in Single Sign-On (SSO) integration?
Groopit supports Single Sign-On (SSO) for AzureAD and Okta. Once configured, users will be able to use their work login credentials to access Groopit. If you require integration with an alternative Single Sign-On provider, please contact Groopit to find out the schedule for upcoming SSO provider releases.
What is included in the Salesforce App & Integration?
The Groopit App for Salesforces makes it easy to share data directly from Salesforce. It also allows data shared in Slack or Teams to be associated with a Salesforce object and added to Salesforce. Data shared will appear under the associated object in Salesforce and aggregated in Groopit.
How can I manage my billing?
If you are paying for the subscription, you can access your purchase history, invoices, payment details, plan type, change your payment method, and more. Visit your account settings to manage your billing details.
What payment methods do you accept?
Groopit accepts the following payment methods: All the major credit cards (excluding debit cards) – Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, JCB, and Union Pay. Groopit offers alternative payment methods, such as ACH, for Groopit Professional and Enterprise, please contact support@groopit.co.
