Setup and Connect OneLogin SSO

Get your team setup and connected with OneLogin SSO in Groopit.  This guide will walk you through the supported features, requirements and configuration steps.

Supported Features

Groopit supports Single Sign-on via OpenID Connect (OIDC)

Requirements

• Your Groopit organization must be part of an organization with an active Groopit Enterprise Edition Subscription
• You must be an Admin in your OneLogin organization.

Configuration Steps – Manual

1. Install the Groopit application within your OneLogin organization
   • • Go to the OneLogin Administration page, select Applications and then Add App
2. Search for “openid connect” and choose OpenID Connect (OIDC) application
   
3. Add a display name of “Groopit” and Save
4. Under Configuration fill in the following then Save
   • • Login URL: https://app.groopit.co/Account/SSO
     • Redirect URL: https://app.groopit.co/signin-oidc 
     • Post Logout Redirect URL: https://app.groopit.co/signout-callback-oidc 
5. Add users or groups of users to the Groopit application through the normal OneLogin policies.  More info

Configuration Steps  – App Store

1. Install the Groopit application within your OneLogin organization.
   • • Go to the OneLogin Administration page, select Applications and then Add App
     • Search for Groopit and choose the Groopit application
     • Click Save to install Groopit into your OneLogin organization
2. Add users or groups of users to the Groopit application through the normal OneLogin policies.  More info

Find credentials for Groopit to complete integration

• Go to the “SSO” tab in Onelogin under the installed Groopit Application.
• Find the following pieces of information to provide to Groopit support to complete the integration process

a. Client ID
b. Client Secret
c. Issuer URL

Share this information with Groopit support when requested.

Once you have given this information to your Groopit support contact, Groopit will complete the integration and then your organization will be setup to use OneLogin SSO to log directly into Groopit.
